Yes, as long as the floor structure is sound and the tanking is done properly. We tank the whole wet zone and test the falls before tiling, which is exactly the part you do not want done cheaply on a first floor.
Typically two to three weeks depending on the floor build-up, the tiling and the glass lead time. The waterproofing stages cannot be rushed and we will not compress them to hit a date.
